The room had a really functional mini fridge. The location met what I needed. It worked very well. I will remember the room, it was a Beautiful Quadruple Room. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to transportation links.

The shower tended to flood the bathroom, this was not ideal. The floors on the upper levels were not cleaned well, I noticed it when I walked around. It was not a catastrophe, however, it was not perfect.

The smart TV with Netflix was a Plus. I also appreciated the free wifi, it allowed me to stay connected! The cute shop at reception had sweets and souvenirs.

The hallways were dirty, this created a less cute first impression. That i found quite disappointing.
